Why this warning

This page describes how to manage the web site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.

This statement is prompted by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data gathered by the Group established . 29 of Directive no . 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish minimum requirements for collecting personal data on- line, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must supply to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.

According to Art. 13, and having regard to Articles. 23 and 24 of Legislative Decree No 30 June 2003 196, we inform you that:

  • Data source: your personal data, your company data or your entity data, were provided by you in connection with your requests for information by filling the specific form on the website.
  • Purpose of treatment: the above data are collected, recorded, arranged, stored and used in order to provide customers with answers to their questions and in order to submit business propositions to customers.
  • Modality of data treatment:  The data will be mainly processed with paper instruments as well as with telematic instruments ubicated at the headquarter in 30, Via Vittorio Veneto, 12017 Robilante (CN), Italy, at the Data Processor.
  • Sensible data: None of your personal data, either required or already in our possession, can be classified as “sensible data” or “judicial data”, as laid out under letters d) and e) of art. 4 of Leg. Decree 196/2003. In case you supply data of such nature, in the absence of your express written consent, we shall immediately proceed to cancel them from our database.


  • Nature of the provision of personal data. The provision of your personal data is optional. However, failure to provide such data may make it impossible for the Supplier to comply with requests of the Customer.


  • Data Dissemination: Your personal data shall not be disclosed for any purpose, including consultation purposes. The Website Owner may disclose personal data without the express consent of the data subject, to any third party for which such disclosure is required by law, by provisions or EU regulations. The Website Owner may also disclose such data, to outsource collaborators that provide goods and / or perform services or functions for purposes related to the execution of the contractual relationship with Customers or related to the establishment of new agreements.
  • A complete list of the categories of subjects to whom the data may be disclosed is available at the premises of the owner of the website.
  • The categories of individuals that are entitled to access your personal data for purposes strictly related to their assigned duties are the website owner and the individuals appointed as Data Processors.
  • Duration: Personal data shall be kept for the whole duration of the contractual relationship. After that, they may be processed for fulfilling legal obligations and for marketing purposes.
    • Rights of data subject: pursuant to art. 7 of  Leg. Decree 196/203, the data subject is entitled to exercise specific rights related to the processing of personal data. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation about the existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if such data has yet been recorded, as well as the communication of such data in an intelligible form.

The data subject has the right to be informed about:
the origin of personal data;

  • the purposes and processing mode;
  • the logic applied to data processing if carried out with the aid of electronic means;
  • identification data concerning data controller, data processors and designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2; 
    e) entities or categories of entities to whom or which the personal data may be disclosed, and whoever becomes aware of said data in his/her capacity as designated representative in the State’s territory, or as data controller or data processor.

The data subject has the right to :

  • update, correct or supplement  data whenever deemed necessary;
  • delete, anonymise or block data that has been processed unlawfully, including data for which retetion is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
  • attest that the actions as per letters (a) and (b) have been notified to the entities to whom data was disclosed, also as far as their respective content, unless this requirement proves impossible to fulfil or involves a disproportionate use of resources in relation to the right to be protected.

The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

  • on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of collection;
  • to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or to conduct market or communication surveys.

Conditions of Sale

The sale of goods is governed by the following "Terms and Conditions of Sale", and by the procedures set forth in detail in the sections of the website hereinafter referred to as “Delivery” and “Payment” , which are considered an integral part of the Sale Agreement.

Please, read carefully the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the information contained therein before placing the order.

Any and all amendments and / or new Conditions of Sale shall be promptly reported to the Customer, shall be effective upon their release on the website and shall apply solely to sales made after the release.

The sending of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Sale in force at that time.

 The transmission of a purchase order by the Customer, by means of the Internet, constitutes full acceptance of   these General Conditions of Sale in force at that time.

Conclusion of the Agreement

The order submitted by the Customer to the Supplier on the website must be filled out in its entirety and must contain the information necessary to identify the Customer, the products ordered as well as an indication of the delivery address, on pain of nullity.

The Supplier shall release a receipt of the order on the website in the specific section and shall list  the details of the purchase, such as the amount due and the delivery.


Right of Termination and Cancellation of an order

The Customer places the order by sending the completed form upon the conclusion of the order.

The order shall be deemed completed after payment.

The customer has the right to terminate the Agreement without any penalty and without specifying the reason, before making the payment.

The Taricco Butcher’s shop guarantees the delivery of products identical to those shown and described on the site.

It ensures compliance with all regulations regarding the storage of the goods until delivery to the place specified in the order.

The Taricco Butcher’s shop shall make the delivery of the goods ordered by the Customer in the conditions expressly stated in the section of this website hereinafter referred to as "Delivery".


Disputes and Jurisdiction

Any and all disputes which may arise in relation to the application, execution, interpretation of this Distance Sales Agreement shall be subject to Italian Jurisdiction and shall fall within the competence of the Court of Cuneo, Italy.

The Distance Sales Agreements concluded with Taricco Butcher’s shop shall be governed by Italian Law and, unless otherwise provided, by the statutory provisions on this subject.
